How to play Escape the Whale!

A whale with a crown is chasing your jet ski. There are three lanes. Tap left or right of your jet ski to switch lanes, or use the arrow keys (A and D work too).

• Dodge the sharks, crates and rocks.
• Every crash lets the whale catch up. When it reaches you, the chase is over.
• Grab coins on the way. Your score is the distance you cover plus 10 for each coin.

The sea gets faster the longer you last. Esc pauses the game.

What you learn

When the chase ends, the game shows one word from the Cryptominium crypto library, with a link to its full page:

• Whale: someone who holds a very large amount of a coin compared with the rest of the market.
• Liquidity: how easily something can be bought or sold at a fair price.
• Liquidation: the forced sale of a borrower's collateral when it no longer covers the loan.

Is Escape the Whale! free?

Yes. Free to play, with nothing to buy.

Where is my high score kept?

In your browser, on your device. There is no leaderboard.

Can I play on my phone?

Yes. Tap left or right of your jet ski to steer. On a computer the game fills the screen while you play.

Is this advice?

No. It is a game, not advice. No real whale was harmed, and none is named.

Do I need a wallet or an account?

No. There is no sign-up and nothing to connect. Open the page and play.
